Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's first joint public appearance since their return to the UK has been announced.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will make a joint visit to Nottingham this week. This development follows their renewed emphasis on positioning themselves with new designations as "public figures" rather than "private citizens," according to the Times.
The Sussexes are scheduled to visit CRS Nottingham for an acting workshop before preparing meals alongside the women of the Grenfell Hubb Community Kitchen at a food bank, the outlet reports. They're also set to connect with Epic Partners, an organization that provides athletic support for young people.

Following Harry and Meghan's return to the UK a month ago after six years residing in the US, they've been engaged in a public dispute with Buckingham Palace regarding their official status, while their children have transferred schools after their security detail expressed concerns about transportation arrangements.
Harry shared with Canadian network CTV that things are going "great" following the family's August 26 return to Britain. Speaking of Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, he said, "The kids are happy in school, and it gives me a chance to really focus on Invictus in Birmingham. The games are in July next year."

Regarding his homecoming, Harry continued, "It's been great. It's been great to be back on British soil. "It's great to be back on terra firma, actually!

"The Sussexes relinquished their working royal duties in 2020, citing personal and financial factors, yet speculation continues about their surprising move back to the UK from California, where they had established a life separate from the royal institution.
Theories range from the pair desiring their children to forge a stronger bond with their grandfather, the King, to Meghan contemplating a return to her acting career and the Sussexes aiming to raise their public profile.
Leading up to their relocation, Charles was reportedly pleased about spending additional time with the family, though he remained firm that they would not resume working royal roles and that a partial arrangement was not an option.
Education has also presented challenges for the Sussexes, with Archie and Lilibet transferred to a new, undisclosed school after just two days of attendance.
The change occurred after significant traffic congestion and the extended commute to the school allegedly placed considerable pressure on their security personnel.
However, the family has also faced a security issue at the new school after two international paparazzi were seen looking into the grounds of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's school.
The Sussexes' spokesperson branded the photographers "extraordinarily reckless" and accused them of an "unacceptable intrusion into the privacy of children."
