Karoline Leavitt shared a photo of the luxury gifts she received for her 29th birthday from her husband
The photo showed two Louis Vuitton gift boxes with blue ribbon
Leavitt will be resigning from her White House role at the end of August
Karoline Leavitt gave a look at the luxury gifts she received for her 29th birthday during a busy week of goodbyes as she wraps her tenure as White House press secretary.
On Monday, Aug. 24, Leavitt shared a photo of presents and cards from her family, including her 60-year-old husband, Nicholas Riccio.
The photo on her Instagram Stories showed two Louis Vuitton gift boxes with blue ribbon and a bouquet of flowers. Three were also three pink envelopes, addressed to “Mom,” Momma,” and “My wife.”

Leavitt and Riccio, who have a 32-year age gap, got married in January 2025.
The couple welcomed a son, Nicholas “Niko,” in July 2024, and a daughter, Viviana “Vivi,” in May 2026.
Leavitt will be resigning from her White House role at the end of August to spend more time with her family.
The news was first shared by President Donald Trump in a Truth Social post on Aug. 12.
“Karoline will now be one of my top outside advisors, and an influential voice within the Republican Party, as we work to defy History, and conclusively win the Midterm Elections. Karoline has been a real leader in the White House, and has done a phenomenal job fighting for Justice, Liberty, and Freedom, since 2018, including our Historic Re-Election Campaign of 2024,” Trump, 80, wrote.

Leavitt is the youngest press secretary in White House history and Trump’s second-longest-serving press secretary between his two administrations.
Last week, she shared photos and videos of a goodbye party on her Instagram Stories. Her post included a video of a cake in the shape of the press secretary’s lectern, complete with a White House seal.
“@katiemiller knows how to throw a party,” she wrote, referring to former White House aid Katie Miller.
Leavitt also shared photos of custom cookies, one of which had the phrase “no more questions” in blue icing.

Leavitt revealed that she will return to work at Trump’s super PAC MAGA Inc. in September, per NBC News. She worked there as a spokesperson before joining Trump’s 2024 campaign. It is unclear what her new title will be.
She also stated that she and her family intend to remain in Washington, D.C., for the time being.
