The Baby Daddy alum, 37, quietly welcomed her first baby, whom she named Alonzo Lua, with husband Miguel Marques, sharing the happy news on Instagram. In the carousel post, the couple shared several images from Kane's pregnancy to the first look at their baby. In addition, they shared videos, with one featuring Marques and baby Alonzo adorably sleeping together and another showing their new baby cooing and smiling.
"2025: The best year of my life. We welcomed our little Alonzo Lua to the world," Kane captioned her post, without sharing further details. She had not publicly announced her pregnancy before introducing the baby to fans on Instagram.
Kane also reposted an Instagram Story from friend Nadia Debibi, who wrote alongside a photo of the proud new mom, "Been keeping this one close for a while!! Went on a European girls' trip in 2023. Bestfriend fell in love with a local on the last night. Stayed got married and had a perfect little baby. Life is amazing!"

In the comments, several of Kane's Baby Daddy costars shared their excitement for the new addition to her family.
"You’re the coolest mom. 💛" commented Jean-Luc Bilodeau, who played Ben on the hit comedy.
Fellow costar Lacey Chabert also wrote sweet sentiments, writing, "I’m thrilled for you!! Best news! Congratulations!! ❤️"
Kane and Marques first announced the news that they tied the knot in a joint post on Instagram on Sunday, July 31, alongside a photo of their wedding ceremony kiss.
"Surprise! We snuck away and made it official," the former Disney Channel star wrote in the post's caption.
Several of the bride and groom's celebrity friends — including Lacey Chabert, Aimee Carrero, Derek Theler, Danielle Monet, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, LeAnn Rimes, Cassandra Scerbo and Dot-Marie Jones — congratulated the couple on their marriage in the comments section.

Last February, the actress wished Marques a happy Valentine's Day. She shared two sweet photos on Instagram of the pair and a video of Marques mouthing "I love you" to the camera.
"Happy Valentine’s Day! Amo-te. 🦋," Kane wrote, with Marques commenting back, "My love, my life. A million times Amo-te 🦋."
Baby Daddy executive producer and writer Heidi Clements commented, "HARD LAUNCH," on the post. Kane liked her comment, suggesting that this was the first time she publicly revealed her romance with Marques.
