David Beckham is reflecting on several noteworthy moments in 2025 — minus his son Brooklyn Peltz Beckham amid a rumored family feud.
The eldest child of David, 50, and his wife Victoria Beckham was notably missing from the former professional soccer player’s New Year’s Eve recap on Instagram, which showed some of his most memorable family and work moments from this year.
David kicked off his carousel post with a photo of him and his wife, 51, smiling at one another as they shared a drink during what appeared to be celebrations for the sportsman's 50th birthday. The Spice Girl musician could be seen in a blue silk gown, while David wore a dark tuxedo. A follow-up photo appeared to show him and Victoria during the celebrations, holding hands with their younger children, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14.

Included in the Instagram carousel were also David’s parents, Ted Beckham and Sandra West, whom he could be seen posing with at a black tie event. He also showed family photos from what appeared to be a vacation, in which he could be seen posing alongside Romeo and Cruz on a yacht. He also made sure to include a special moment with his daughter Harper, showing them wearing matching aprons at a restaurant in Italy.

The former athlete also shared some standouts moments from the year, including getting knighted by King Charles at Windsor Castle in November — a moment which was celebrated with his wife and parents — and more photos from his star-studded 50th birthday party, which he celebrated with family and famous friends, including Tom Cruise and Guy Ritchie.
He also included celebrations from Inter Miami CF’s first MLS Cup Championship — a team which he is the president and co-owner of — and shared a shot of his family on the soccer field, where Brooklyn, 26, was notably missing once again.

“I feel very lucky to have had the year I've had in 2025 full of moments that I will never forget from my 50th to my knighthood ( still pinching myself ) and then finishing with winning the MLS as an owner,” he captioned the post.
“I'm so grateful to my incredible wife, my amazing children, my friends and team I work with every single day[,] nothing would have been possible without you all... But as Sir Alex Ferguson would say ‘Onto the the next’ ❤️,” he continued. “Thank you for the incredible memories I will forever remember 2025 ❤️ @victoriabeckham I love you & our kids ❤️.”
The post comes amid a tumultuous time for the Beckham family, who are navigating an alleged feud with Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham that is rumored to have begun back in 2022 around the time that Brooklyn and Nicola wed. It was alleged that tension was increasing between Nicola and Victoria after Nicola chose not to wear one of the fashion designer's wedding dress designs for the ceremony, after initially agreeing to do so.
A source told PEOPLE earlier this year that the rift rumors between the pair were true, while a second insider told PEOPLE that the dress situation is "far from the truth."

Earlier this month, eagle-eyes fans noticed that Brooklyn was no longer following his parents on Instagram and that the pair were also not following him back. The eldest Beckham child also no longer follows his brothers, Cruz and Romeo.
Cruz appeared to respond to the situation with a post on his Instagram Stories on Dec. 21, writing, “My mum and dad would never unfollow their son … Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked … as did I.”
Blocking someone on Instagram automatically removes each user from respective following and followers lists, according to the company.
A spokesperson for Victoria told PEOPLE at the time that Cruz "was responding to stories that [his] parents had unfollowed their son, which isn’t true."

Brooklyn also did not attend his father’s 50th birthday celebration in London in May, despite he and his wife receiving an invite to the event. That same month, he shared a video of himself and Nicola riding a motorcycle, captioned with a loving tribute in which he said he would "always choose" her.
A source told PEOPLE earlier this year that attempting to mend the rumored Beckham family rift hasn't been easy. "Every time they finally have a happy moment, it all falls apart again," the insider explained. "They've tried to make peace."
"Brooklyn feels torn. It’s his family and blood, but he’s always had a complicated relationship with his dad. A lot of their relationship has felt like 'business,' " the source added.
