Adam Sandler and Jackie Sandler are enjoying a date night at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards.
Adam, 59, and his wife Jackie, 51, stepped out in matching black outfits at the Sunday, Jan. 11, award ceremony in Los Angeles, where the actor was nominated for his role as a manager to George Clooney's unhappy movie star in the Netflix movie Jay Kelly. Adam wore a classic black tuxedo for the occasion, while Jackie wore a floor-length black gown with a silver handbag.
Jackie and Adam first met on the set of Adam's movie Big Daddy in 1999; she had a small role in that movie as a waitress in a local sports bar. They married in 2003 and share daughters Sadie, 19, and Sunny, 17.
Adam was nominated in the Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture category at this year's Golden Globes for his role in Jay Kelly alongside Benicio Del Toro (One Battle After Another), Jacob Elordi (Frankenstein), Paul Mescal (Hamnet), Sean Penn (One Battle After Another) and Stellan Skarsgård, who won the award for his performance in Sentimental Value.

Adam recently paid a heartwarming tribute to his wife when he accepted an award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Jan. 3 for his performance in Jay Kelly. In his speech, he speculated on what his life would have been like if he had pursued working with his father as an electrical engineer instead of pursuing his career in acting in comedy.
"I sometimes think about it, [if] I didn't click that year and I did go work for my dad, what my life would be right now," he said at the time. "First off, I'm thinking I'd probably still be married to my wife, Jackie. That's destiny. Nothing stops that."
"But we definitely [would] have a different house. Probably, like, 10 less bathrooms and [fewer] statues of me," Sandler jested.
